Machine is nice. Bought as a replacement for a broken machine. Only downside was I had to setup myself. They only had option for delivery not set up due to covid.

Love all the features this washing machine has and I also like how powerful it is. This washing machine cleans better than any washing machine I have ever had or used. The steam and the extra power features are my favorite because you can use one or both to get any stain or smell out of your clothes.

I love this washer. It is so quiet you can barely hear it running. I love the 16 hour fresh cycle.

Very quiet operation and really pins out water well.

My other/original Maytag broke. It was 3 years old. A bolt snapped/broke off the drum. I tried to repair it myself with the aid of Youtube; I tried to have it repaired professionally but Maytag basically told me to trash it and go buy a new one. Seems crazy as it was just one bolt that literally severed. Not that happy with Maytag. But the dryer still works and I'm stacking them - so bought this one as a replacement. Works "good enough."

Love it once I figured it out without a manual. Trial and error on settings. Would have been much easier if they had included a manual explaining all the settings.

Giant load capacity and easy to use and set up, I would buy a million times over!

Received this yesterday- so far so good. Install team was quick. The clothes after spin cycle one would think they went into a dry cycle. Really gets the water out of the clothes before it goes into dryer. So far- impressed. Two thumbs up. I recommend getting the pedestal bases! I had thought at first to not get them but the height is perfect instead of bending down each time.

This is my 2nd Maytag front loading washer. Had the previous one for 16 years, wanted to replace it with another Maytag front loaded. Like this one even better than the previous one, love that I can see what is going on while the washing is going on. Love all the choice on the wash cycles and had not had Steam available before. Think it does a great job on stain removal. So far LOVE this washer!

Washer works great and is very quiet compared to our old washer.

We just received it Feb 25,2020 and have done about 6 loads of laundry. Have to get use to the settings of this model since my wife uses the cold water more because of the clothes we buy.

Works great except the soap dispenser retains water so it requires emptying and drying after each use to prevent mildew.

Was not installed until 7/16, 4th appointment. Twice, nobody showed up to install. First appointment, it was delivered but not installed. I will never again order anything from Best Buy that has to be delivered. Finally, Jamal and Eddie came and installed on the 4th appointment, and they were excellent.

It would wash the clothes well but the spin cycle didn’t do a very good job. The clothes felt too wet. Ended up returning it.

Very efficient, 12 options assist with various fabrics and conserves water.

Great so far. Love the size and ideal for a large family
