Worst machine ever

You will be throwing your money away. Had it for 5 months, machine doesn’t spin clothes they are soaking wet. Maytag giving me the run around sending repair people that don’t know what they are doing. Beat buy doesn’t do anything g because i didn’t purchase additional protection from them. Good way to stand by what you sell.

I like that its senses the load so as not to overuse water. My last Maytag washer had a light that went on every time you open the door and this does not which allows me to leave the door open so I don't get mildew on the rubber ring.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My biggest complaint about this washer is that it doesn't allow enough water to come in during wash and rinse cycles. The clothes agitate around in the tub in what seems to be a "damp" state. I understand that HE washer use little water but this is beyond that. After using the washer for 3 weeks I've had the a few other issues. Control board was not functional, I had to unplug the washer and then it worked. The other issue was I ran a full regular cycle and the soap pods were not even dissolved forcing me to run the load again. Additionally, when I called Best Buy to ask if I could exchange this washer they told me I was outside of the 15 days allowed to return or exchange. I am going to call for service regarding the issue with the control board but after doing some research unless you have "Geek Squad" you have to deal directly with the manufacturer. Buyer beware!!

Takes an eternity to wash, sometimes it doesn’t even start after 3,2,1 and you come back to dry clothes. Buttons are so sensitive, if you graze them reaching for something- your entire cycle is reset. Garbage!!

The installation crew were knowledgeable and ensured the units were balanced and operational. Very satisfied with purchase to delivery.
