Great features, many quick to chose cycles. Great spin that removes most of the water. Works perfectly!

The first one would stall on sensing mode before it would start more than half the time. Sometimes it bwould say in sensing mode over an hour! Often it would never start unless I would override. Sensing mode determines how much water is needed. If you have to override sensing mode the max amount of water is always used = not very efficient. I wasn't willing to keep something defective out of the box. Replacement did not stall in sensing mode ( or at least not often) but it was not leveled correctly ( probably did not tighten lock nuts on the feet according to BB). So as Jerry Lee Lewis once said there is a whole lot of shakin goin on! The installers seemed to be in a big big rush even though they arrived over an hour before my 12-6 PM window. So after about 6 more days they sent out different guys to level it properly. Seems better so far but only a few days have passed.

Love it, my only issue is that I miss the musical sounds that I had with my LG. However, I wouldn't change this machine for anything

it is a good product, and i am very happy with it.

This has been a dream so far, quick wash cycles, and very intuitive design. It helps that it is a smaller washer, but with a massive bin. Laundry is fun again!

I like the washer becuase if gose really fast and the dryer is pretty nice

nice big load washer 4.8 cu, i can get a bigger load than my last maytag washer. it senses my load and readjust its wash time which is very nice.

This washer will pay for itself. Fewer loads, less water usage, less electrical charges.

bad experience with best buy set up and delivery wouldn't recommend them or use them again product does a good job washing but in less than a year has had a few issues

Disappointed......What happened to that "Maytag reliability"?? Five months and the machine has broken down. Called Maytag Warranty Dept and they are sending a "Tech" out but the soonest they can get someone here is in two weeks!! Who can wait two weeks for service on an appliance they use daily?? Will end up paying another company to come look at it sooner.

Ive been very happy with this HE washer, i wish that you would offer a paper book. Im the nerd that always reads my books for everything! Car's, computer's, television....

I love this machine. Still waiting for a reason to use the sanitize feature for my clothes but it’s there if I need. Lots of ways to customize washing so you can wash for as long as you want.

It is a heavy washer, but have done 5 loads and the clothes came out very clean. I like the extra large tub. Just wish there was a lite inside, kinda dark inside with the dark colored tub.

Good machine, always been a maytag fan since a was single.

We replaced the old Maytag washing machine, and kept the old dryer on top. The instalation was fast and simple. The technitians did a very good job. Another store wanted to sell us both machines...
