Within one month of purchase, the machine started to show up error messages. In addition, the tumbling started to make loud noises and it take forever to finish its cycle. I wish to return this product!

Great Washer

Best price for options that I wanted. Made in USA which is hard to find these days. Extremely happy with washer.

Not a big deal, just a little annoying.

Best Buy fixed it by sending another technition. So far washing is great . Thank you Best Buy for the great service

Still under warranty, but they can’t get the parts. Going on 3 months having to go to the laundromat. Very disappointed! And Maytag has been sending me notices to renew the warranty - right now it feels like a bad joke!

My last washer way a Samsung that only lasted a few years. I look forward to using my new Maytag and seeing how long it will last.

Other than the touch start controls it is a great addition to our laundry room.
