They look great, however, I have had problems since they have arrived. The dryer did not work after they installed it. The dryer would not dry clothes. I had to call and they gave me a new one. It worked for a short time but now my clothes are not completely drying. I also had problems with the washer. It does not complete cycle. It works sometimes if I select a cycle different from appropriate cycle. For example, I had sheets that I wanted to wash on the regular cycle. I tried this cycle twice but it did not complete the cycle so I had to use bulky then it worked. I am going to have to call to get problem fixed, which is ridiculous since I have only used 7 times or so.

The "Normal/Regular" wash cycle is 1 hour 40 minutes. The 20 minute "Quick Wash" is ineffective. It uses so little water(machine limited) that the clothes don't clean properly and smell. The hot water heat is limited no matter what your house water temp is set to and it requires a special monthly cleaning cycle. We bought in April 2021, it broke on January 20 and as of March 24 we still can't use the washer because parts can't be located!!
