This thing washes the absolute dirt out of my clothes. It makes me so unbelievably satisfied with water and soap.

I love this washer. When my other Maytag broke, I really did not want to go with a larger 5.3 ft.³ washer however, I’m glad I did. I love that it has a time display and end of cycle signal. It also has a softener dispenser, which was one of my must haves. It does have a deep tub, which also meant it’s taller than my last one however, I’m tall, so I can reach pretty well inside. A shorter person may have trouble-nothing that a stool couldn’t help. Overall, I’m very pleased. I would buy again.

Designed to fail. In less than 1 year the main motor and bearing assembly failed due to normal use. About 2-3 loads a week consisted of clothes, towels, and bedding. It is made of plastic and designed to wear out and fail. It should have been made of metal. I included photos of the damaged part and machine On top of that, it doesn’t put enough water in the drum to even wash the clothes. Clothes are 50% dry with normal wash. The only way to make it wash properly is to use the heavy duty or bulky items modes with max fill set. And it still does the first half of the wash without enough water. Piece of junk. I wish I could still to a return for a full refund. I was lied to, this is not a quality product. A quality product will last 10 years without breaking. This thing lasted about 7 months before breaking. The repair guy said every year I’ll have to have him come to replace the same parts due to the way it wears out. He also said I should consider the extended warranty because the computer board will fail every couple years too. I’m hoping to sell it used and buy a different brand.

This is absolutely the worse Maytag I've ever purchased. I purchased this washer to replace a Bravos XL that lasted 2.5 years, giving Maytag the benefit of the doubt based on prior history; thinking it was just a lemon; I gave Maytag another chance. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase another Maytag/ Whirlpool washer. 1. This machine puts out so many error messages. 2. After washing a few lightly soiled loads, the washer will prompt you to run the cleaning cycle, and the machine will not run through a wash cycle until you do so. Will prompt to empty washer. 3. This washer doesn't fill correctly and often will try to wash with no water. 4. Frequently gives an error message that there is no water, but the built-in water faucet will have excellent water pressure. 5. The washer agitates the clothes before it adds water and tangles all the clothes into tight knots 6. The washer goes off balance constantly because the clothes are knotted up.

I have always pitchased only Maytag. This whadher is one of the bedt yet. Very quite and WOW, what a spin cycle!

Large capacity washer. Multiple settings to fit your needs. Has remote enable which I did not set up, but it’s there if you need it. Deep fill and extra rinse option if you want to use more water

Puchased this from the outlet store. Sides were banged up, but does not seem to affect functions & are not terribly visible at installed location. Heavier loads have a tendency to become off balance & require rearranging the load to continue. Otherwise there have been no issues with performance.

Great size for a home washer. Works great for blankets and towels. Any large load. Great setting choices too!

I will not purchase Maytag again. The washer failed after less than two years. It makes an excruciatingly loud grinding noise in the final 60 seconds of the spin cycle. After spin is complete, washer crashes and locks up so only way is to pull the plug in order to reset. I reached out to Maytag's repair tech, who came and denied the assessment because the washer was in the spill tray, and the customer needed to pull it off of the spill tray in order to work on it. Unable to do that so washer isn't going to be assessed nor repaired. $140 to come out and inspect by the way, not including repair.

No manual setting to increase or decrease washing time. All settings are on default setting but more space for washing comforters.

So far excellent washing machine, washes well. Does what it needs to do. Very happy with it.

This washer is too smart for its own hood. It kept running tests to see if the load is balanced and it never was… so it simply didn’t let me wash it or spin it, though it was already soaked. So frustrating. I want a machine that makes clothes soapy then rinse… no arguing with me about it.

Love my washer! I've had for a few months and haven't had any issues. While it may be a bit noisy especially the fast spin option. It washes clothes great. The fast spin leaves clothes practically damp dry. I occasionally use the app and it's okay. I use the delayed start frequently and it's never failed. Just an fyi, place items as balanced as possible, it can make a loud thumping noise if severely unbalanced (just reset clothes and refer to manual).

I had this model in a different color in my previous home. When I needed another after moving, I looked for the same. This one I purchased is complete garbage. It adds water to BARELY cover the load, agitates for 3 seconds then drains water out. This repeats about 4 times and the wash "completes" in 5 minutes. BUT my clothes are not clean and my water bill is going to skyrocket.

We bought this washer and waited 3 weeks to get it. I had to go to Best Buy just to find out if I would ever get it. They at Best Buy are so unorganized and there customer service sucks. The first week I was suppose to get washer they called me 3 hours after they were suppose to deliver to tell me that I wasn't getting it this week. The second week no notice the 3rd week I got it LOOK AT THE DENT.. I am truly upset never a call from the Best Buy in Big Flats, NY to confirm anything Now the whole bottom is dented and all I will get is 10% back. well a 949.00 washer and they will give me 80.00 back. Never Again will I buy an appliance from them.
