EXPLODING GLASS

On 4/21/19, during a cycle my wife heard the washer made a pop sound. The glass top had shattered and was everywhere. The glass had exploded and it was in the machine and the floor. The glass fell in the washer and all over the wet clothes. Now we can't use it and are out of a washer. Nobody in the house knew how this happened but now I’m reading about it on the internet. I need to have this fix or replaced.

When I come back to put the clothes in the dryer they were never washed. It does a very bad job off spinning out large loads. A large capacity washer that can't handle large loads is worthless. I wish I could return it.
