I bought a Maytag Front loading washer/dryer set to replace a ten year old Whirlpool Duet washer/dryer set that had passed its prime. The Maytag set is fantastic and does a wonderful job of performing those weekend laundry power sessions! They are noisier than my whirlpool duet set by far and away, but I presume it has to do with the improved performance and industrial hardware inside. No complaints as of this moment!

We've only had it for a couple weeks. So far it's very quiet and dries well and fast.

Dries clothes well. Occasionally I have to run them a little longer but I don't mind...they turn out nice. I'd rather that that it dry them too much. I like the choices of cycles and dryness. I did a lot of comparing before making a choice and feel I made a good one.

In all my purchases of appliances I have always checked with Consumer Reports. This Maytag was a great review and with a great price at Best Buy. The Geek Squad delivery and setup were outstanding - none better. This is not our first experience with the appliances at Best Buy as the dryer we replaced was purchased there over 13 years ago, again with the same outstanding delivery and setup.

My wife and I just bought our first home and need appliances. So we searched everywhere. Finally after searching we decided it was probably best to buy them new ro ba able to have some level of warranty. I have bought other items from Best Buy before but never a major appliance. We searched at the Best Buy Outlet but finally agreed on this dryer. What attracted me to this dry and washer set was the price and the fact that is made in America. After having it for about 2 months i have yet to have any issues. It dryes well and quickly.

Everything we needed and expected. We were in a jam and need to the dryer quickly after reading some reviews and doing some research we went with this one, it is great And it actually helped us to realize the problem we were having with the other one it was replacing. This was a great dryer and it lives up to our expectations, and the price.

This Maytag dryer is amazing. It is extremely quiet, ensuring you're never bothered by the sounds of your laundry, but also extremely fast. In fact, it can dry your clothes faster than the matching Maytag washer can wash your clothes. The dry sensing technology is wonderful and ensures that your clothing doesn't stay in the dryer any longer than is needed.

We have the matching washer to this unit. They both look great, run like new after 100's of loads, and are very quiet, when in operation. When these units are on sale, they are a BEST BUY, for us. We are extremely pleased with the heating and minimum time required to complete drying cycles.

great washer - large capacity, quiet and efficient.

The dryer has so far been reasonably quiet and good at drying clothes. I haven't run into any issues with clothes being damp or damaged. The dryer has sensing so it's not consistent in how long it takes to dry a load, but that's a good thing. I think it is also a very attractive dryer. Looks good in my new house!

I have never had such a wonderful dryer. This dryer is magical. It has cycles whereby I can utilize it for business clothing, cashmere and hand-washables and they are not shrunk and come out beautifully. Perfect purchase with the matching washer. I could not be more pleased with both!

This Maytag unit is amazing. It gets the clothes so much softer and fluffier than our old stackable unit.
