The one i ordered from amazon still hasnt came in. He was in perfect shape and was exactly what i ordered. Thanks to this order i have used best buy for every preorder i can

Great figure but get somewhere else

This happens on a regular basis and you can always tell when it comes directly from one or the actual stores because there is no care. The prouct packaging is dented and damaged and the plastic has been ripped open because it was merely in a bubble mailer. Item is also out of stock so i cant even exchange it. This happens all the time and there is no way to rate Best Buy itself for the shipping practices and damages. Get your figures in-store or better yet…buy somewhere else. If this company wants to pivot to a more ecommerce based business they need to do better or bring back actual store customer service since you cant even find someone to help anymore when you go in.

Captain Carrot is awesome (Beautiful Sculpt)

Their figures are always great - with the details on par with Neca and other collector lines, but the price point of an average figure.

Bugs Bunny on steroids!

Captain Carrot and Superman McFarlane

Best Buy experience was also impeccable in terms of pricing (THE cheapest over entire internet), packaging (I bought with another figure n they fit perfectly into the box), and shipping time (I think it was like a 72hr turn around). I would DEFINITELY BUY AGAIN figures from Neca and McFarlane again at their very competitive prices :)
