I love this movie because it shows a pretty accurate depiction of how high schoolers are in this day and age. The movie is funny and sad, but everything that happens in it is so appropriate because they are all aspects of life that we have to go through and deal with.

This film was much better than we expected with a thoughtful approach to teen angst and dilemmas. The extra features were great and gave a lot of insight into the directors thinking and his sensitive treatment of his actors. Molly Shannon was a treat and exhibited a great range of acting beyond the comedy we know her for.

The performances in this film are all magnetic. Every single one of these actors were able to hold their own on screen. This film won both the Grand Jury Prize and the Audience Award at the Sundance Film Festival. It is not hard to see why. Me and Earl and the Dying Girl is a film filled with heartbreakingly realistic performances.

This movie made me feel. Mainly a development of the characters with minimal story. I prefer connecting with characters rather than having an overly complicated story. If you also like character development and aren't afraid to cry than you'll probably like this show

I saw this in the theater although it only played here briefly. Such a wonderful film that fights against the cliched sappiness it could have indulged. I have recommended it to all my friends. Has some neat extra features and commentaries on the blu ray.

This film was extremely enjoyable to watch. Any film-lover will like this. Tons of movie references. Great plot and extremely heartfelt. Picture and audio quality is great, and there are tons of extras. This blu-ray has my highest recommendation.

Yes she does die *spoiler alert* but I mean that's what's life is. Sometimes one person is here one day and gone the next,. That's why you have to live life, and that what this movie reminded of. Do what you love and 'you know' the rest.

This is one of the best movies I've seen and it was surprisingly funny. It was charming till the end, and the it does a very good of portraying the emotions and hardships that lies with the immortality at a young age. Watch the movie...

This is a great movie! I kinda don't like movies that takes place in high school but this one is acceptable. This movie is about two friends that meets this girl who has cancer and cheers her up before her last days on earth.

Great coming of age film! Excellent movie with great script and cinematography. picture quality is great, sound its good, but it's not an action movie so it doesn't really blow your speakers up. but definitely a good drama flick!

I watched the movie with both my daughters, one of which read the book also. It was a good film, especially those of a teenager, young adult age. The title gives it away but the journey to get to that point is worthwhile.

Great movie and a novel story. Great performances by widely unknown actors. Moving, funny and a fresh idea in movie making. I highly recommend I purchased it from Best Buy because it was on sale and cheeper than anywhere else

Me, Earl and the Dying Girl is both a fun and incredibly sad film. The movie strikes a good balance between the two, with just enough left to question to really make the viewer think. Picture and sound quality are very strong, and definitely worth the Blu-ray purchase.

This is a delightfully quirky and heart wrenching film. Very well-directed and smartly written, but what really drives the movie are the three titular performances. Plus the amazingly low price of the DVD!

The only reason I didn't give this movie five stars is because throughout the whole movie he keeps saying don't worry she doesn't die and guess what she dies. Make sure you have a box of tissues when watching this movie. But it is a great movie.

This is one of my favorite films released this year. Most teen films only try and reach a teen audience but this one doesn't dumb it down for the audience. This is very well written and highly recomnded.

I was surprised by how good this movie was. It was surprisingly creative in its presentation and composition which helped to boost both the comedy and the drama. This is a quirky indie made with care for its characters and their personal dilemmas.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but this movie hit close to home and I was very emotional when I saw it for the first time! I can say that it's worth watching over and over! Brought me to tears!

This an underrated film and not too many people know about it. Excellent cast, writing and cinematography. The slipcover has a beautiful matte finish and it's great for movie collectors.

This i s one of those under the radar type movies that tends to get overlooked often. If you're looking for something quirky with a lot of heart then this is a must to check out.
