This laser has done everything that was expected from it. The precision of the dual laser is great for detail and cutting.

Not a Good Product.

The machine is well built, sturdy and seems solid, however,
1- it took me longtime to configure and add the engraver to the Lightburn software.
2- The machine with multiple passes cut parallel lines, so every pass the line shifts around 1mm for the same line with three passes you end up with 3 parallel lines.
3- The LED light that enables the camera to work is not lighting after second cut; I had to put external light and still doesn't work properly.
4-I contacted the seller that BestBuy promise they respond in one day, today is third day no response yet.
I requested to return this product; it is not good value for the money.
5- Best buy terms and conditions doesn't apply to the marketplace sold items, the third-party seller terms and conditions enforced. so customer's wasted time in not valuable.
