I hadn't played the Mega Man games when they first came out, but I've always heard they are "classics". This collection of games is a great way to experience these games on the PS4. The graphics are what you would expect and the controls are very tight and responsive. The Mega Man games are very challenging, but rewarding.

Although I was never the hugest Mega Man fan (always found it to be a little more difficult for my tastes), it was one of those games that I wasted way too much time on back in the day. Kind of fun to revisit this now (and play some games that I never did play). Well worth it for anyone who grew up on the NES.

This is an awesome collection of some great NES games. Anyone who loves the blue bomber needs to check this out!

These bring back great memories of the old days when I used to play these games. Now they're even better on PS4! My only gripe is that it doesn't include Mega Man 9 & 10 as they are 8 bit as well and this is an 8 bit collection. But other than they are still the great games they were back in the day.

Great collection. Runs just as the originals did. Only complaint is game has save states and not actual save files.

Brought back a lot of good memories but could have been up scaled to better graphics but it will do.

Super worth the price of admission. I lost my copy for the X-box awhile back, but the moment this was released in hard copy form on the PS4 I picked it up. With the most recent update you can play both Mega man 1-6 for the NES & Rockman 1-6 for Famicom. Awesome deal!

The Mega Man Legacy collection perfectly recreates the feel and the challenge of the old-school Mega Man games in a way that will feel very familiar to those of us who grew up playing these games on the NES. That's both good and bad. The games aren't "ported" to the PS4 per se, but actually emulated. There's an NES emulator on the disc that's used to run the games, which means old technical issues such as slowdown still exist just like they did in the old days. Personally, I found this charming, and it was like being 9 years old again. That's a subjective opinion, though, and I could easily see that particular part of the experience being frustrating to modern gamers, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. I still highly recommend the collection to anyone interested in the history of platformers, or to people looking for a brutally challenging walk down memory lane.

I love this! All the classic mega man games on one 1080p disc. Love it!

The game takes you back to those Nintendo days where not all games were the same. A time where games were also challenging. So if you are looking for a fun challenge while revisiting the graphics of the past, then this is the game for you.
