The worked well for saving my movies and animation I created. This allows me to share my creations with others easily. The pen included is great because I can label each disc and not have to worry about getting them mixed up.

This was the only DVD-R product in store so I didn't have much to choose from. Would have been nice to have cases included, instead of being sold separately.

Unless you have a printer that can print to disks of this type, then I would say that you need not spend the money and would probably do better with adhesive disk covers. I use an Epson XP-10 and a software program (Print CD) that lets me design the disk covers. Since I do a lot of photographic and slideshow disks, this has fast become a must because it looks so professional and holds up a lot better than the adhesive labels.

If you're in a hurry to get recordable media, this ten pack from Memorex is a quick buy. I got favorable results when using these DVD-R's. The included marker was a decent substitute for the marker I always use, which is a retractable Sharpie, but it works in a pinch. I recommend this package for when you need some blank DVDs and your workload isn't that heavy.

I bought these to make backups for my laptop and they have worked like a charm. I would recommend this brand for anyone needing to do the same or even burning movies as well. I have used these discs for both tasks.

I used this to make a backup install disc for Windows when I swapped out my HDD for an SSD. I only needed one disc, but the whole package was fairly inexpensive and worked well.
