If you’re a fan of Alien (which, come on....who isn’t?), then this is certainly worth a watch. There’s some decent insight into the making of the original film that started it all with great interviews and behind the scenes footage. The thing I would say is this: If you already own the Alien Anthology set that has the first four films with special features produced by Charles de Lauzirika, then you’ve already seen most of this information in what I feel is a more organized presentation. With that said, if you’re a fan of the film and the franchise, then it’s certainly worth a watch to see some fresh interviews and gain a couple of new perspectives on a sci-fi/horror classic that still holds up to this day as one of the greatest films ever made.

Memory: The Origin of Alien is a very good documenary about the back story to how Alien came about to be filmed as well as the filming. The interviews with quite a number of the folks involved were very interesting and entertaining. Having seen a number of 'making of' documentaries over the last year which have some links to the people involved made it a bit more enjoyable for me. Recommeded for all Alien fans.

Interesting documentary for fans of the sci-fi horror classic. Blu-ray looks really good, recommended for fans.
