Merlin is one of my favorite magical necromancers in British mythology. This version of his creation and the truth that he loved one woman all of his life, makes him more human than ever.

But then again, this is about Merlin, not Arthur...if you like the genre, you should at least try this one.

I enjoy stories about the time of Merlin and King Arthur. I always wonder, "Were there really wizards, witches, and dragons? This is one of the movies/stories that fuel a person's imagination. We all need imagination in our lives.

I really loved Sam Neil as Merlin. Martin short is absolutely hilarious in this TV movie. I’m glad Best Buy had this movie. I would highly recommend this movie.

This is one of my favorite older movies. Not only tells Merlin story, but King Arthur as well. Good to watch on a rainy day when your sitting around the house..:)

Have not watched this DVD yet but it is one i wanted to add to my collection & was pleased to find it at a reasonable price.

Major star packed cast with a different view of the great legend. Lots of humor at a fast pace.

Was not sure about this at first, but was happy to see it all the way through.

Wonderfully done. A great tale, told from the point of view of Merlin.

My favorite Merlin performance is by Nicol Williamson in the movie 'Excalabur" but this is an engaging different take on his story. Sam Neill is an excellent actor and he gives a good performance in this TV series which, of course, can take more time to tell the story.

I love this movie. A great classic. So much fun!!!

I have always loved movies that involved fantasy, magic...etc. Brings me back to the days of D&D as a kid. This movie has some great actors in it and a great storyline. Not one to miss.

This is an ok version of one of the most retold stories not great but teen friendly
