i purchased this mounting hardware for my van, after like an hour maybe 2 of trying to read the instructions we finally worked out a way to get it in. i dont recommend getting this kit unless you plan on fiddling with it . these are literally the worst instructions ive ever read, and all the plastic felt super cheap. i believe scosche has another one, and is rated much better than this.

Thought the kit was supposed to be complete, but did not include electrical connections.

Instructions are not the best got to figure it out on your own a lot of time waisted.

Good kit overall and fit in my vehicle as expected. Instructions are a bit vague and I had to modify the pieces I needed for installation which added to my installation time but overall it wasn’t terrible.

It was a perfect fit for my Chevy Van, the radio fit just right!

I'd prefer a kit with a storage pocket below instead of just being in the center. Doesn't fit perfect when you assemble it together and I broke off one of the tab inserts pretty easy. Once I put it all together and put my dash back on you couldn't tell it has faults.

Worked out perfect for my old Isuzu Amigo truck! Easy to install and worked great with the new stereo.

went together pretty easy with the directions looks good in the dash a liked having some additions to complete my install.

Filled the gaping hole in the dashboard to allow a smaller than OEM radio to be installed. Many extra plastic parts (for other vehicle options). Instructions were terrible. No pictures for the Oldsmobile I was mounting this into. Ended up buying some additional generic brackets to stabilize the radio....looks good after everything is mounted...but I had to improvise a bit to make things fit. Only reason I would recommend this to a friend is because I don't know what else you would use to dress the radio out in the dash.

We used this kit for a '92 Grand Am with a JVC stereo. Fit well, easy installation.

Bought for grandson’s ‘97 Chevy pickup. Very pleased to have a new radio and parts that gives him music.

On some installations, installing this with the Equalizer mounts as shown in the instructions makes it difficult to mount the stereo. Using the DIN cage only, and bending the mounting tabs in to secure the stereo cage inside the dash hardware will make your installation much less confusing.

It would have been perfect for what we needed but we found out the one we had was just loose so we were able to return it very easily and when we went to purchase it everyone was very helpful and went out of the way for us we also bought a car stereo at the same time
