Never again BestBuy

Easy to Install, but...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very easy to install and all the wire colors matched up perfectly with my vehicle wire harness. The only wire that was out of place was the ignition wire so basically the stereo would not turn on. I had to connect the ignition wire to the constant wire just to get the unit to work. Just have to turn the unit off when I get out of the vehicle to avoid having a dead battery. I picked this up at the local Best Buy location and honestly I wasn't sure which one to buy. There were two that would have worked on my vehicle and no where was there anything to explain which was the right one. Customer service was nonexistent so I ended up buying both then returning the other one. Would have saved me a return trip if they actually had someone working there that would answer a question. They had tons of people working there on the other side of the store basically standing around doing nothing. Poor customer service for sure.
