Great game...even got the new DS to go along with it. Game over all is great had to adjusr to the way of playing the buttons changed up but it's just getting used too...really enjoy playing.

This is a remake of the original Metroid that appeared on the GameBoy. The graphics are much improved and the gameplay is as great as ever. Great addition to the 3DS.

I love this game. I have yet to beat it, but I'm enjoying the experience. I would recommended to any one who has play a Metroid game before.

Classic Metroid gameplay. Additions to gameplay definitely feel worthwhile more than gimmicky. For the 3ds, 3d effect looks great but is not over the top. Visual look good as well.

Metroid 2 is often forgotten in the Metroid legacy of games. Too archaic to play for most in 2018, this title modernizes the game and it brings it up to today’s standards.

I love this game, the fact that the 3DS could pump AAA games like this is amazing. This remake has stood the test of time and its worth it!

I'm having a great time revisiting this game from my childhood. The game-play is solid and not too difficult for anyone who hasn't played this type of action adventure game.

I've tried going back to playing Metroid 2 but it's just so old and clunky. Gone is that with this remake, so you can experience a piece of Samus's history.

Classic side scrolling 2D Metroid games are about as great as it gets and this is a worthwhile addition to that list. One of the best games on the 3DS, high end production values.

This feels like Prime on a 2d plain. Action is fast and fluid with plenty of exploration. Lots of sounds from the Prime series and great depth of 3d, the best the system has seen.

i don't remember metroid 2 very well, so i wasn't put off by this being a remake. i just wish this was on switch!

A wonderful return to form for Metroid. Just enough of the old with just enough new enhancements to make it new and exciting. This is the 2D metroid fans have been waiting for.

This is a call back to the 2D metroids. I loved this game. I couldnt put it down from the moment i picked it up. If you loved classic metroid you have to get this.

This remake is a fantastic edition to the series and a great way to send off the 3DS. I doubt we'll be buying anymore games for the platform, but this is a great swan song.

Nintendo finally gave the fans what they want... another 2D Metroid game. I wish it was on the Switch instead, but it’s definitely better than nothing. Highly recommended.

Really fun game. I would recommend for anyone who likes side scrollers. Movement felt clunky until I got used to the controls, but I suppose that's most games.

While this game is a remake, it is the first Metroid game in ages, so I will take what I can get. Its a fun time on the 3ds and I highly recommend it.

This remake was graphically rich, but felt a little hand-holdy. Being able to aim in 360 degrees is a welcome addition, but can lead to hand discomfort, depending on the hardware. The game also gives you the equivalent of the X-ray visor fairly early, making exploration almost *too* straightforward.

Reminds me of the classic Metroid but better, more intense. Really fun, many ways to go, lots of action/adventure. Could be great for a long time fan or a new one.

One of the better 3ds games. I was hoping they would port this to the switch but I was tired of waiting. Make the 3ds worth holding on to. For now t least.
