So far I’ve bought 4 of these for around my home to display art that I could never afford and photos of the family as well. Good investment and I’m very happy with the purchase. I recommend installing outlets behind where you plan to mount the display in order to hide the power cable. That’s what I did. I also plan to display one on an art easel display as well.

The canvas is absolutely beautiful. I love being able to choose images that complement the rest of the room or fit my current mood. This is such a versatile piece especially with a membership. I spent quite a while exploring all sorts of galleries and styles of art, favoriting, and adding to my own categorized galleries. There is so much more than just traditional paintings as well which I was pleasantly surprised by. Being able to move it from room to room without worrying about the rest of the aesthetic is so nice. I can put it where ever I want and have it look how ever I want, always keeping my bachelorette pad fresh. I find waving my hand to change the image quite easy but I prefer using the app because I chose to place it sitting on the mantel above a sofa chair (don’t judge me for my chair placement, the fireplace is not usable :) ). I like that you can preview images and it will stay on the canvas for a minute so you can decide if you like it or not. Learning about the art I've chosen is nice. It makes me feel more in touch with the art rather than it being just some object hanging on the wall. I did find set up to be a bit of a challenge but once I figured out what went wrong it was easy. You have to connect your device to the Meurals WiFi signal and then log in to the app. My trouble was caused because my WiFi auto paired while I was trying to sync with the canvas and it interrupted the process. SO, I would highly recommend during setup you make sure your current WiFi is not set to automatically pair with your phone or computer. I am not completely satisfied with the app and was going to doc a star but apps are always updating and being changed so I am hopeful it will improve down the line. That being said, I love being able to create my own playlists of art although it is a bit clunky especially if you are uploading your own images. I think it's very cool that you can set a timer for the images so you always get to see new art. Adjusting the brightness and putting the canvas to sleep from your device is a nice feature as well. All in all the screen quality is stunning, the art work selection is breathtaking. (There are even moving images!!) I would just like to see the app updated with a few minor adjustments. Expensive but the off-axis viewing is really quite impressive. Great quality and color. Not as happy with the ease of the app to load and select the art or art library. Good quality professional frame - looks great on the wall. I would opt for a larger size next time.

Was initially hesitant about digital photo frames but when the price dropped figured it was about time to try. And both the wife and I were so glad we did! The quality of the pictures on it are superb especially since it is anti reflective so no glares. The trial images are nice but the ability to upload your own photos makes it special! The one drawback is the power cord which is visible when wall mounted...the workaround to this would be to drill holes in the wall to hide the cable. Would be nice if future models were completely wireless.

Was looking for this idea of frame for my family Picts. I don’t use it for the artwork membership which the company really wants you to buy. Just wish the integration to a photo library was way simpler. Right now you’re forced to upload Picts in a clunk app then trim and send to frame. This should work more like Nest Hub, better integration.

If you love quality art work and enjoy going to galleries, this is for you. Expense was questionable until I finished setting it up. WOW, I'll never be able to go to visit where all the paintings are from but I can't wait to get more.

As much as I wanted to love this product, I just can't. I've been through several emails with tech support and no matter what I try, I cannot get my personal images in my folders to display on the frame. I tried making albums from Android devices, an iPhone, the web browser... They all show up in the apps, but when I send a folder to the frame, even after the phone confirms that the album was sent the frame, only art from one of the 2 default art albums displays. I tried inserting a micro SD card with images but the frame didn't even recognize that media was inserted. I was actually hoping to be able to share Google Photo Albums with the frame, but that doesn't appear possible as of Dec 2019 either. Unfortunately I'm returning the frame and swivel mount today.

Great product, just expensive. Used for personal pictures.

I've been keeping my eye on the Meural Canvas from Netgear and recently had the chance to get one. My first impression was that the box was big. Previously, any frame I had gotten, was a picture frame. This most decidedly is not just a picture from. Once I opened the box, you could see that the Canvas filled almost the entire box. The Canvas itself, well, it has some heft to it. I finished the unboxing where I found all the tools to power the Meural as well as mount it on the wall. The first thing the the Mueral wants you to grab the app from your respective app store, I grabbed the Android one and went to town logging onto the service This is where I hit my one and only snag. It looks like you are creating a Meural specific login, where in reality, you are creating a Netgear login. I already have one, but I've forgotten my login info, so I had to reset my password. After that, you go thru a pretty simple pairing procedure where you first join the Meural's network and then pair it to your home network It pretty much just worked. There was a short How-To that the Mueral asks you to do, but after that you are off to the races. If you want to ge the real wow factor, you need to get the Membership (from what I've read, about 60% of the sub goes back to original art creators). The first pictures that I saw, I would have to say was breathtaking. It was a painting of the prairie at night. The crispness of the art, the professional look of the frame. It makes me excited to have this art within my house. I'm also experiencing an appreciation of art that I never had before. While I did get this as a Netgear first look program, I would have no hesitation in buying one or more of the Meural's frames. Is it weird that this is a piece of technology that makes me feel like I'm living in the future?

I think this is the best Art display in the market.
