When I wen to redeem them, 2 of the cards worked and one did not. Microsoft could not help me and best buy did not either. Ended up paying $27 for $20 worth of cards.

Cards were not activated from BestBuy.com

I get error, "This code is not yet active. Contact the merchant to activate this code." I called Best Buy customer service and were not helpful at all. I would like these cards to work or my money back.
