It was a little difficult to set it up once her phone needed updates but after that it has been working very good. She loves it! Highly recommend it!

Decent Tech, sub-par construction

The comfort of wearing this was not great to begin with, but I got used to it. I preferred to wear it with the face on the inside of my wrist, not facing out. The clasp stopped keeping this device secure on my wrist after a few months. The rubberized shell began to peel off the device in all the places where it had seams. The inside of the band had two panels that were secured by little screws and those panels began to lift off the device exposing internals. I honestly hope the exposure to whatever was inside was not harmful. Returned, and still trying to find a great device...

Better than other bands but need improvements

I believe it is much better than other bands out there due to a detailed touch sensor display. However, the band is very rigid and somewhat uncomfortable, and the heart rate monitor is not reliable. My advise is to look for the next version.

Best fitness tracker ever

But I have absolutely no problem and sometimes I don't know if I'm wearing it.
