An exact replacement, and looks brand new! I had to replace an old Type Cover due to the touch pad no longer working.

Sent this item back, because it did not solve my computer issue! This reflects poorly on the Geek Squad, since the can't seem to find out why my computer wont connect to a keyboard (old or new).
