This came as a pre-order bonus for Gears 4 and its actually the best/most useful pre-order bonus I've ever received. Honestly, if it was a few dollars cheaper I'd probably buy another for myself and a few others for gifts.

Really nice bonus with preorder for GOW4. Package arrived intact inside a massivr box for its size. I give it to BestBuy on the thoughtfulness of how this package was protected. Excellent BB! Thank you for the bonus item!

This is a different collectible to get free. I don't plan to use it, so it will stay "mint in box". I know someone will eventually open and use it, but until then it's on the shelf with the other freebies I've received.

wasn't sure i would receive this because it was out of stock numerous times and my store didn't receive any for preorders. I contacted customer service and they provided me a code to order on, and it came in two days!!!

This is a really great mug for cold beverages. You can't drink hot beverages out of it though, and I found this to be quite odd.

Ok so this was the free mug and coaster set that was free when I pre-ordered Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition. This is by far the strangest video game swag I've ever received, but it is Gears of War 4 and it was free. Thank you Best Buy.

I honestly hoped this would be a useable hot friendly coffee mug. It's good for colds or just a center piece in a gaming collection. I will personally probably never open it unless I get a gaming room setup for a display purpose...

Love this thing! Huge GOW fan so this was a super bonus for me. DO note that it is only for COLD liquids. Would have loved to use of for coffee but overall - the nostalgic feel of the Gears Series in your hands is worth it to me!

This is a nice touch to go along with any other Gears of War memorabilia you may have. If you got this along with the game chances are you liked this better than the actual game because the game is lack luster.

If you like "usable" collectibles then this is up your alley. Mug is great for using while gaming and packing is top rate. It was free with pre-order of the game but I would definitely pay $10 for this.

I have to admit, this mug was half the reason I bought the game. Besides loving the series, this mug was the clincher that got me to choose pre-ordering over buying later when the game went on sale.

This was one of the reasons I ordered the game outside of wanting a physical copy. My system came with a download code for it, but I am not a fan of digital games unless the game is digital only.

My wife and I both really like it. It got put away like our other collectibles but we did open it to check it out. It was also cool seeing the mug in-game. Recommend it if you are a Gears fan.

Free mug and coaster set as a bonus for pre-ordering Gears of War 4 at launch. Pretty cool item that I use daily for coffee. Doesn't keep coffee warm all that well but looks pretty cool.

Its a very nice looking coffee mug that is very attractive to the eye just be careful using it as it conducts heat so make sure to grab via the handle and not by the side of the cup.

By far the most god like coffee mug i have ever drank out of it. This mug has made me a better man it helped me find the woman of my dreams and decent job.i would def recommend this mug

This is a must have for Gears of War fans. Super cool cup and the coaster is so cool setting on my coffee table. Awesome conversation starter and friends that play with me are jealous.

Favorite mug loved it as soon as I took out of box. It looks even better in real life. Does get real hot when has hot item or cold when cold. Sounds redundant I know but does burn lol

If you're a Fan of Moscow mules...and a gamer this is the perfect fit. not just for a mule but I use it to just drink anything. Mine came free with my 2tb Gears edition Xbox one.

Got this free with gears of War and it's one of the more useful things I have gotten as a bonus gift for pre-ordering a game. Nice copper mug and an awesome cog tag coaster to match.
