I like the Windows Phone and would recommend this one to anyone who wants to have a good service device for a budget price. I give 5 stars for the phone, but nearly 3 for the purchase process and the box, my phone was delivered. It looks like someone returned this item, it was placed in the not original box and sent to me. Big no no for me to order the same way from Best Buy.

I purchased the Nokia Lumia 520 unlocked phone. Three weeks later and after spending hours online consulting and searching forums for info and having help of two networking specialists, I am still unable to input workable APN and MMS information. Therefore, the phone has no data connection and cannot send picture attachments with a text message.

Good inexpensive Windows smart phone. This was ordered as a replacement for my son who had broken the screen on his existing Lumia and did not wish to relearn how to operate it. It was inexpensive and he has a history of breaking phones, so all things considered this was a good solution.

I bought this phone for my son and he loves it. It's a fast phone and he likes the designing . It's pretty thin . The only thing that's not to good is the Camara

When I tried turning it on it never worked so I had to return it and get a different phone. I didn't get back this one due to the experience with the first one.

I love this phone. It is cheap and works great for everything I would need a smartphone to do. I love the Windows 8 interface and it has great touch response. I recently updated my phone's software version to Lumia Black and I love that as well. The only thing that I am unhappy with is that when I put my wireless carrier's micro SIM card into it, I am not able to get 4G or even 3G network speeds. The provider has 4G where I live but since the phone is a 3G phone, I can't pick up this network. This is not so nice and my cellular data speeds are very slow. The only other thing is that if I set it down on a hard surface with even the slightest bit of force, it immediately shuts off. The worst part is that sometimes won't allow me to just power it back on. I need to occasionally take the back cover off and remove and reinsert the battery in order for it to power on. I'm not sure why it does this or if I just have a defective device. All in all, this is a great phone for the price. Don't be fooled into thinking that the price deems it a cheap phone. It works great, has a good battery life, and is fast and easy to use. I love it!

After 2 months of using this phone the software started to die. The function for speaker and 'end call' stopped working. The supplied USB cable will not let you transfer anything between your PC and the phone. I tried to use then the Bluetooth option but it is only for exporting not importing contacts and pictures and etc. The battery life is very short ; I had to charge daily and I use phone only 3-4 times a day for 5-15 min. Also, to make a call you have to select your shortcut you created but then you need to select call.. instead to be dialing immediately. Tried to take pictures ... very low quality and pixelated

Worst phone I EVER had. The speaker phone is the poorest quality imaginable! You literally have to hold the phone to your ear to hear it when speaker phone is activated; hence, defeating the purpose of "speaker" phone. What's more, I can barely hear the person on the other end when on a call. DO NOT buy this phone...it is horrible and terrible! I was totally shocked that this low budget phone doesn't even have the functionality of texting to more than one recipient at a time. Ridiculous! PLEASE do not waste your time or money.
