And when I called customer service they were absolutely zero help. Ridiculous if you ask me. Being in college though all professors want Word documents so I don’t have a choice.

Fine for Office Programs

I opted for a general download of the software for general use.

Not a great product

However, when the subscription verification server went down and I could not use the applications, I cancelled it and bought Office 2019 instead.

But program online not in store

I went through the ringer and finally had to purchase an addition package online to download as Microsoft instructed. I had to pay double and the Best Buy sales representatives was NOT helpful at all!
