Do not have to swap out AAs anymore!! Super easy to recharge and the USB C cord doesn’t have to be plugged in “right side up” anymore like the previous generation’s micro USB plug. This is the biggest improvement on the design of the play and charge kit. Great battery life and my battery from the Xbox One is still going strong, so I have a good feeling about durability and recharge life.

Easy to use and set up. Great to save money on disposable batteries.

Very useful, been meaning to upgrade my xbox controller with a rechargeable battery, it lasts really long and was so simple to use. Would definitely recommend if you're tired of using regular batteries.

Perfect rechargeable battery, the battery life is hours longer than the previous generation too! The usb-c cable is also an upgrade in quality over the previous micro-usb version. Weight feels better than 3rd party brands. The controller stays light and balanced vs 3rd parties which make the controller feel too heavy and would make my wrists tired after longer sessions. 10/10

A must need! The battery on this last extremely long, and fully charges in a matter of 2-3 hours. A good purchase that saves money in the long run so you don’t have to constantly buy AA batteries and replace them. Also, it’s USB C! Definitely recommend!

This charger works perfectly if you want to reduce the waste of your double-A batteries. Just put the rechargeable battery in the controller and plug it in like normal.

It saves you a lot of money in the long run from buying batteries and it has a very long battery life itself.

It's a shame that xbox doesn't put these into their controllers from the get go, but I heard that microsoft has some sort of a deal with Duracell batteries that's why they expect us to still use double A batteries... Regardlessly these rechargeable packs are not all that expensive and last on charge for a good while. Love that it uses USB-C also..

As much as I hated the quickness of the stick drift from the controller, this charge and play kit was absolutely a game changer. Brings the controller into modern times. Why Microsoft doesn't make their controllers wireless I'll never understand, but this kit solves that issue and does a great job at it. Only docking a star because the kit is no good if the controller doesn't function

Fits perfectly as it should. Battery last about 10 hours. Glad it came with a long cable to reach my couch of I want to charge and play

Has the old plug n play kit that came with micro usb, and since batter was lithium, when usually all the recharbables at that time where nimh, still works since i started using it for my xbox one x. Look forward to these newer ones withbinlcuded usb c cables. Yes no fancy charging cradle, but my pack would outlast my kids nimh packs atleast twice over during day.

My son loved it easy to use and used the charger after his controllers die to get that juice back up : highly recommend this product.
