I purchased a Surface Pro 8 listed as "Excellent condition," and what I received did not meet that standard at all.
• The device was not factory reset, which is unacceptable for a refurbished product.
• The back of the device had visible sticky residue / goo, along with remnants of tape and labeling.
• It did not include the original Microsoft power supply. Instead, it came with a random 30W Apple USB-C charger and an Insignia USB-C cable, which is not appropriate for this device and not what was advertised.
For a product advertised as "Excellent," I expected a clean, properly reset device with the correct accessories. What I received feels rushed and poorly inspected.
I'm disappointed and would not recommend purchasing refurbished devices under this condition grading unless quality control improves significantly.
