The kids wanted an Xbox for so long ... And we could get one for $100 off. It's factory refurbished and we got the $40 Geek Squad coverage so we are covered for 2 years if there is a problem. We are very happy w it! Worked right out of the box!! And we have more money for games :)

Xbox worked great out of the box, one year warranty. Been running it for a few weeks now with no issues. At this time the price can't be beat, unless you want one of the games that come with the new bundles. Otherwise, I highly recommend the refurbished model.

I was a little nervous about getting a refurbished xbox, but it work just like a new one. No scratches or physical markings on it. Runs just fine so far no issues and you can't go bad with the price. Only downside is that they place a huge refurbished sticker on it and when you go to take it off, it didn't peel off right. It left residue all over it and white strips of the sticker are still on it.

This is a great item to look into, don't be discouraged about the name "refurbished" mine looks brand new and functions as good as my day one Xbox (which was taken to college by my brother). Definitely buy this if you're looking into it.

The Xbox One is one of the greatest purchases I have made. I traded in my old Xbox 360 and gear to get in-store credit which helped make the purchase a little cheaper, and allowed me to also purchase 3 games for the system. I bought the Xbox refurbished, and everything has worked perfectly ever since.

Knowing that refurbished machines get reconditioned appropriately and/or are returned without even being defective, Getting the console at $199 was totally worth the price. It does come with a big sticker on top of it that says that it is refurbished, which can be easily peeled off using a blow dryer on "heat" setting.

It's been over a year and I still have he no problems with this console. Great deal and great product!

Waited to see if the Xbox one had any faults after launch. And now that I could get one refurbished (which mind you is like brand new) it's great! All that console goodness and tons of ease of use features along with xbox trademark games. This really was a purchase worth waiting for!!!

This made my grandson's day. He always see his father playing his PS4 and he wanted his XB1 for his birthday. Now he and his sister play for hours. A very happy customer and its also had the headphone in the box. Great price also

Works flawlessly! There are tons of games out for the Xbox One, indie and AAA titles alike. My only gripe is that it came with a large sticker on the top that was difficult to remove designating it as a refurbished unit.

of course I bought another xbox. the third one. Many more to come. want them in each room of my house

Picked up at the store, came with hdmi, headset and controller with 2 batteries. Updated to the latest software and everything is working fine. Was in very like new condition. Not one glitch yet and I've been wanting an Xbox One for a while, great price great deal

This Xbox One was what was expected. I have a couple of them and this one was the second one I purchased. I purchased it for my kids so that games that I wanted to play online with them were able to be played because we then have a couple of them and could play them together. Went with the Refurbished one because I was looking to save a little money and the price was good. All in all, this has been a great purchase and everything is working as it should.

This console works great. I have only issued a couple minor problems but the can all be fixed by holding down the power button till the light on the power brick turns orange. Make sure to get the warranty with this too it really comes in handy.

Convinced the wife to pick it up since it was only like $220 or so from being refurbished. My little 4 year old son has been loving the Lego Marvel Heros like every single day since she bought it for him, lol. And of course, I'm loving the Black Ops III portion.

This console has been great. Would not know it was refurbished. Excellent condition at excellent price.
