    I think Microsoft finally got it right with the Xbox One. I have always been a Sony PlayStation guy but I am about to convert and enjoy both systems. I am very impressed with Xbox One features and the streaming to Windows 10 is a plus. The only negative is the slowly but growing library of compatible Xbox 360 games. The best thing about Xbox One is the ability to Skype, connect to TV cable box, and streaming to the Windows 10 PC.

    The first system we bought had a broken controller. We had hoped to get a new controller to replace the broken one. However they had to replace the entire package which included the console. The service dept at BestBuy were excellent to deal with. If we had not received a broken controller we would have given 5 stars. My son is very happy with his Xbox One! I would definitely recommend buying refurbished from BestBuy.
