I always wanted a Xbox one so couldn't pick the best time to get one.

Really enjoying my system. I love the kinect no need for controller.u get in the game

I was a little hesitant on buying a refurbished unit but after finding out it's covered under the same warranty as a new unit I made the purchase and have not noticed one thing, Except the money I saved.

Got a steal with this one. I wanted XBOX ONE with kinect, but it was so expensive for retail price. So I ended up buying this offer from Best Buy. I did store pick up and when I got there the next day, everything was ready with the console and everything else sealed as if it were never touched. The associate told me it was returned 10 min later because it was too heavy to carry. I ended up getting a brand new XBOX ONE with kinect for a low price that works perfectly. This may not happen to everyone, but this is a great deal to take advantage of.

So...I was eyeing the X-Box One. Really wanted the Kinect Version so my kid and I could play the dance rhythm games. I knew the refurb version was available on-line. To my surprise they had it in store. The price point was a big factor...yes it was $399.00 $50 more than a Halo version without the Kinect. But $100 less than the full Kinect. So I said, "I'll try it out for 2 weeks if it doesn't work I can always return it" It was supposed to go in my office, but since I got the Kinect I had to hook it up in the living room. I take great pleasure walking in the door and saying "X-Box On." Like the TItle says I was cautious...But I use my X-Box everyday!

This is my first console. I was unsure whether to go for this one or a brand new one. So I went through a lot of reviews and expert opinion at the store. There's nothing wrong with this console so far, runs smooth. The packaging was great just like mint condition. So is the product. Except for the refurbished tag on top of the X1, there's no way one could tell it's refurbished. I also added the GSP.

We previously owned both a PS3 and an XBOX 360. We traded in both units towards the XBOX One. It's a great gaming console - the graphics are amazing, load times (once installed) are minimal and the controller is intuitive if you're used to the XBOX 360 controller. The verdict is still out with regards to its performance playing BluRay discs. The first BluRay we tried had several times where it got very pixelated and even stopped at one point. However, the disc was a little dirty, so that may be the cause. We are currently watching another BluRay disc with flawless playback, so it may have simply been the condition of the disc. We never had any such issues watching BluRay discs on our PS3, so we shall see. Buying a refurbished unit didn't scare me, and I was happy to save $130!

Works great and super easy to set up. The Kinect is awesome, especially the ability to navigate the menus without using the controller. The first one we bought had an issue with a previous update so we took it back to the store. They replaced it with another refurbished Xbox One without any questions. Definitely very satisfied with this console!

Got my refurbished X-box One and you would swear its brand new. It came with an ugly sticker that said it was refurbished (took it off) but when I started it up, it started like a brand new system. No cosmetic issues whatsoever and performs perfectly.

I made the decision to get the xbox one even though i didn't really get it for games. Its an all inclusive entertainment system and makes it all simple. Seamlessly switching from game, to tv, to bluray, to apps just with the sound of your voice, obviously kinect needed, was the major sell point for me.

I've always been an xbox girl and the XBOX ONE is best yet. Simpler better picture, sound quality, voice activated, couldn't sleep when I opened it. I mainly got it for the better picture quality, graphics and games. Compared to the 360 OMG! What a difference.. Clear picture and better quality.

Great price and comes with the kinect. Super happy with the Xbox. Best part is factory referb means they (hopefully) worked out all the issues. We have only had it for a month but haven't had any problems and my son loves it.

Every item was in the package and looked brand new! Setup was easy and everything was included as advertised and working in proper order. We love the bundle and for the price, could not have asked for anything more ( except maybe a free game)!

I received a ps4 for Xmas and I just could not get into it. The game selection just wasn't there for me with the PS4. I didn't like the interface although, the design of the hardware and graphics are better with PS4. I exchanged it and got the Xbox one with kinect, I feel like i over paid at bestbuy for this system, it was cheaper online new and came with three games. This refurbished version came with no games. the xbox being backwards compatible is only true with some games (unfortunately, non of the games I own are backwards compatible EX any of the dance games, kinect sports, tomb raider, soul caliber). also the wire for the kinect is not long enough to reach from the xbox to the top of my fire place which mean my new xbox doesn't have a home and i have to hold on to my 360 if i want to play any of the games I already Own

I was getting this for my boyfriend for his birthday and I've ended up using it just as much as he has. The kinect is fun to use and I can talk to the xbox one to navigate easily.

I have been wanting to replace my wii with another product that had better graphics for my just dance and workout games. Finding this with the Kinect was the perfect combo.

I decided to purchase the refurb Xbox One with Kinect because it was $120 cheaper than a new one. I called Microsoft prior to purchase and they told me that, worse case scenario, the out-of-warranty repair costs for the Xbone is $110 at the most--and will likely get cheaper as the Xbone gets older. So, really, even if something were to happen, I would save $10. The unit started up flawlessly and still works today with no hiccups. The Kinect sensor does what it's supposed to do.

Obtained for my daughter for her birthday. Very easy setup and update. Got reburished model so saved some money as well. Kids love playing it.

Skeptical at first, but after doing my diligent research, knowing that most reviews are positive and being a Best Buy Elite which extends the return policy --- I did not blink but give this awesome package a try. Been using it for almost a week now, non-stop ( I have to mention it ) and so far it exceeds my expectations ... Just in case it will fail and may need a repair, average repair cost is around $100 - $130 ... For my $300 savings (includes the $50 Best Buy gift card I got from this purchase) its a no brainer ...

I previously owned an Xbox 360 and was impressed by how much better the graphics look on the One. I mostly play RPG and FPS games, and for starters Destiny looked amazing on my LED tv. I have an Xbox gold membership, and the OS makes it pretty easy to see if my friends are online and what they are playing. Some of the OS navigation takes a little getting-used-to, and if you're accustomed to the 360 like I was, it can be confusing. Overall a great system, and if you already have an Xbox, you will not regret upgrading.
