Bought this refurbished. Got a great deal with the kinnect. Everything was like brand new and works flawlessly!

This Xbox has it all. Kinect, which brings family entertainment, and work out sessions too with the thermal imagery and coaches feedback. It has the wireless controller, which I would advise getting the rechargeable battery pack for, and the Xbox itself. Plug and play. Really cool to tell the Xbox what to do i.e. Xbox record that will record a clip of what you did/ are doing. Xbox turn off/on is pretty self explanatory.

We really enjoy this refurbished Xbox. It's just as good as a regular Xbox but costs less.

This was a great deal. The xBox seemed brand new but for a lot lower price.

Honestly, feel like a dinosaur. I expected a game console and got a full blown multimedia appliance. Which meant I wasn't prepared for the user interface and all that comes with it. Plus all the account and preparation required just to start the first game. But so far the console serves it first purpose.

Great price for a packaged deal with kinnect awesome deal.

My refurbished Xbox worked as good as new while saving me a ton of money. Best Buy has a special offer to include a gift card, so this purchase was a no brainer. Cons: The website gave an opportunity for an extra controller for $29.99, but it showed up as full price in the cart. Customer service wouldn't help me get the advertised price.

I had purchased this not really wanting it because it was refurbished. I had chosen this over a brand new one which included a game with it around the same price. Although I was iffy about it being used I promise, it works like a brand new one, it looks like a brand new one, and the things they included with it worked perfect!

I purchased the refurbished console so that I could afford to also get the Kinect as I love using it with the X360. The XOne Kinect is greatly improved and the console itself looked brand new! I have had no issues with it and am very happy with my purchase.

I finally upgraded to a newer gaming system! And it has the added benefit of a multimedia system with voice and movement recognition (Kinect). The refurbished option was a good way to save money and you can't even tell the difference from a new model.

I talked my father-in-law in to buying a refurbished unit because the price was great. He was very concerned about buying a refurb unit. These units are great! They are professionally refurbished & you can tell when unboxing & setting up. It operates just like my new unit & cost a LOT less.

Bought this with a little apprehension after reading some of the bad reviews. After having it for a while I must say it has been awesome. My daughter loves it and it has performed great.

I purchased the xbox one to replace my cable service. So far I am extremely happy. The picture quality and sound are amazing for viewing shows via online services (i.e. Netflix and Amazon Prime). The games don't hurt either, but that was not my primary rational for purchasing.

It's the first time I've owned my own system and when I bought the refurbished bundle I was able to get everything at a reasonable price. The xbox works great and the kinect listened to me. The controller that come with is a big plus. That itself is a 60 dollar save.

This is my second Xbox One do really like the interface, features and Xbox One exclusives. I also have 2 PS4s, PS3, Xbox 360. Wii and Wii U, and they are all great consoles. I have no preference between them. It's silly to argue which is better. They all work well.

Buy the refurbished model and add 2 year insurance. Can swap out unit anytime if a problem for 2 years instead of 30 days if you buy a new unit. AND it was still less money :-)

Even during the hottest days this summer so far, my Xbox One is working fine. You wouldn't know it was refurbished without the sticker that stated it was.
