Ran into problems with the Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter. Insignia-brand USB-C to HDMI adapter did not work with this. Microsoft branded USB-C to HDMI adapter works flawlessly. I picked up the 15" with the i7 processor and 6gb dedicated video card. So far, it is running SolidWorks 2017 without any issues. I have no idea what the battery life is, but it exceeds 6 hours running SolidWorks, so I'm happy!

The inking and writing capabilities will serve my transition from full time consulting to budding artist. The wide selection of free and for purchase apps is great and I look forward to learning more about this great Book 2 at the classes Best Buy offers, in fact, the one taught by Lee Wright yesterday put me at another level of performance . Best laptop for the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you prefer windows but are tired of alot of the issues that arise, invest in a Microsoft surface. You'll still have the occasional hiccup but things run way smoother, it looks and feels great and the tablet screen is great. My only gripe is the battery is quick to drain when in tablet mods but its understandably due to the size of the screen. When docked with the keyboard base it gets great battery life.

If you are concerned with the storage there are plenty of options to extend the SSD space that is more cost efficient than buying a 512 GB or 1TB version. I bought this for the advanced Graphics card to help with design work with Adobe creative cloud products. This is a powerful machine that really can do it all. I have no complaints at this time.
