I am a current graduate student and really enjoy having this as a tablet/laptop combo as it is fast and has plenty of space for storing files. I purchased a surface pen too, and all this collectively has made my note-taking and form-completing easy. I used a student deal and got this at a great price!

Bought the surface thought it was great, unfortunately battery life is below average when detached from base, maybe 2 hours of you lucky. Had couple weeks to play around and it was really awsome actually untill I ran the Intel hardware scan and noticed that in the detailed description that it only had 4gb video ram... so I contacted online tech support and they told me to take it into the store because it must have some hardware issue, well ok. Took it kn and at this time it was running fine and the geek squad technician performed 2 separate scans and one revealed 2gb memory with combined video ram at 4gb...... then the other listed vendor ram at 4000mg or 4gb..... none came close the the 6gbs that was advertised and honestly one of the selling points for me. This is a shame and I wonder who is at fault, I returned the surface having no other choice other then going to Microsoft where I know I'll get some bullcrap runaround story. Purchased 2/27/20 returned 3/12/20

Aside from the awesome customer service I received, I also walked away with a great product. With the help of the store's associates, I was able to narrow down my laptop search based on my needs and uses. Choosing to go back to PC after having a Mac was a decision well made, I love the Surface Book 2!

I have had this computer now for almost a month, and I would like to say that it has been amazing. I was really looking for a laptop that has a great processor, a great graphics card, a good keyboard, and a screen great for creatives, so this computer really fits all these requirements!

I purchased this computer after being talked into it instead of the surface laptop. I am very happy I spent the extra money for this one. I am a student and use this as a tablet in class as well as a laptop at home. Not a single thing I would change on the laptop at all. Must have.

Minimal/no user information provided. Other than prior pc knowledge, there is nothing to help long term users know how to fully utilize the capabilities espoused for the surface book 2 - it’s “learn by experiment” or “learn by accident”. Hardware ok, but disappointed that it doesn’t have a numeric key block - had to purchase an accessory for this capability.

This computer works as an laptop and a tablet which gives me more flexibility. The large screen is great for my binge moments. The speed allows me to work on several things at once with no drag. Also it's LIGHTWEIGHT!!! Great pick, I'm super satisfied especially for the price I nabbed it at.

I use it for medical school and I LOVE IT. Battery life is amazing especially. I occasionally use it as a tablet which is nice, but I don't use that feature as often as I thought I would. A 15" tablet is big and heavy, but not as heavy as it would be still attached to keyboard.
