This PC is just what I had been looking for. It works flawlessly, no hiccups, very smooth. The tablet mode is very practical and extremely helpful. I guess the only downside is the price. But I guess, like has been said so many times, you get what you pay for.

This does everything that I need it to do, and is easy to learn.

I was really interested in getting a laptop with a pen so I could practice my graphic design. It was between this or an iPad and I am so glad I decided to get this laptop. I am an apple user and need to get used to how pc works but I love it so far!

Sorely disappointed. Have been a mac user for 15 years and until I bought this ~ the top of the line PC ~ i didnt realize how incredible macs are. I feel like I am in the stone age with this machine. It was so expensive and I totally wasted my money on it. Never again

This Surface Not 2 is a very good product However I do wish a small mouse would've been included with the purchase…. I am NOT a big fan if the mouse pad... Since this is a 15 inch I am finding it hard to find a GOOD protective cover for it... hopefully that will change very soon

Great, if not the best, 2-in-1 laptops on the market. Has a graphics card, enough storage (plus more from onedrive), great battery life and practical surface pen. Only drawback is the price which I get is steep. Luckily, I was able to purchase this laptop during a promotion.

This is the first Surface Book we have deployed to any of our user community. Overall the quality has been sound, setup was quick and simple and the customer loves her new device. All in all, it is doubtful that this will be the last Surface Book we purchase.

Recently purchased a Geek Squad Certified Microsoft Surface Book 2. Can't say enough about the certification. Device is flawless. Microsoft: Excellent job. I am very impressed with the upgrade. This is my 4th surface (SP3, SB1 x2, SB2). I am very happy!

I have been considering upgrading to this model from a Surface Pro 4 for sometime. Eventually, due to video editing needs, I decided to take the plunge. This machine has exceeded any needs I have had. I'm even able to game on it which was an unexpected Plus.

Products are very easy to use and make performing tasks on the go a breeze. Lightweight and portable, it makes it better to accommodate. The clarity of the screens are amazing and having two different platforms to work from is also helpful. Best Buy is great to work with in getting things setup.

I’m a Mac user, but I loved my SurfaceBook from work so much that I got one for my home office needs. It has the sleek feel of a Mac, with the familiarity of Windows for my husband to use also. Fantastic purchase!

I bought the Surface because I wanted to be able to draw onscreen while editing images and designing. The size, the ability to turn the screen around and use the device as an inclined drawing tablet make working anywhere fantastically easy. I’m very happy with this computer.

I bought this laptop to be a mobile graphics/animation workstation for when I travel or don't want to be tied down to my tower computer. I didn't expect it to be a total powerhouse, but I found that it seemed to choke a little for minimal tasks in Photoshop and After Effects. I never put it through the paces or any true bench tests as I was disappointed in its performance for simple illustration and animation. If I only needed it for office stuff, sketching and note taking it perfectly fine. For the power user it's not quite there. I ended up getting an MSI GS75. It doesn't have the pen capabilities, but otherwise does an amazing job handling illustration, animation and 3D graphics for roughly the same price.

What great features this laptop has to switch from a tablet to a laptop. The elecktronicks locking mechanism is amazing. The Aluminum design is sleek and sturdy. Performance out works my Apple pro.

I wanted something that made learning fun and fast and this device was just perfect for that. Between switching from laptop mode to tablet mode and being able to draw out pathways, this is the best so far.

I love this surface. It met my needs and requirements of having something powerful enough to game or run demanding tasks and a convenient tablet that i can use for day in and day out activities

I absolutely love this laptop. It's a workhorse and really drives efficiency. The fan is pretty quiet even when the processor is really working. I invested in the i7 processor for my needs and it was well worth it.

I was forced to buy a new computer due to the fact my old computer would not allow updates. I struggled between the two brands for a year and I am ecstatic about my choice. Still getting the hang of the operation of it all but am more than satisfied with my choice.

A year wasn’t even up before this machine stopped working and it’s really hard to get a serial number off of it, which Microsoft needs to replace it when it won’t turn on and Best Buy refused to replace it even though i had a full warranty they told me to go to Microsoft. Also shipping a computer to Microsoft during a pandemic isn’t fun either. It was a great PC while it actually lasted. Now I’m just paying Adobe’s subscription fees to do absolutely nothing while my computer just sits.
