Awesome functionality for work and a bit of play!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This little PC has amazing power for its size! It can handle anything I've thrown at including a bit of gaming with its GTX video processor. Overall, very pleased with this PC.

Great product

Vastly improved 15”
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have waited for a larger size device that was stilll compact, lightweight and offered versatility. The 15” screen size has been a good fit. The performance and speed is amazingly good as I do a lot of HD photo and video processing. Screen clarity and color replication is great. The keyboard and touchpad are responsive. The 2 and 1 features work well for presentations. Battery life is super long when attached to the base - just okay when just a tablet. The 15” model is top heavy when sitting in certain positions and does tip over. I do wish there were cases for the 15” by UG but they only make the 13”? Happy with the upgrade purchase.

Great Design Poor Execution
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved the design and in general the overall concept I guess. The screen was INCREDIBLE, graphics were great, and hardware was thin and quiet. What I couldn’t get past was the glitchiness between process changes from dock to undock, the software app crashes and screen freezes from switches processes and lastly the touch response time while undocked from the computer.

Great quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Thus far, I love my computer. Works great. Lots of extra features too. It’s a little heavier than I’d prefer but it’s worth it to have such a large screen.

Huge Apple Mac Fan, but... Not too bad!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Work forced me onto a Windows laptop, and I have to say... This is pretty darn good. Looked at a ton of Windows laptops, and this looked like the "best" (in comparison to my MacBook Pro) out there, and it certainly proved to be. Really, really good machine. I do like the detachable tablet (don't us it much as I'm a keyboard person), but power wise (including graphics) is really outstanding. Keyboard is good. Trackpad is not "a Mac", but again, by far the best I've ever experienced on a Windows machine. Highly recommended (if you can't go Mac..."

Great laptop for Engineering Students
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this surface book for its horsepower to run engineering programs. Not the cheapest laptop but a good value without considering a desktop.

Favorite laptop
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Used to have a 13" 1st gen Surface Book, but the 15" is worth it for use with a pen, though I notice the extra weight in my backpack. Primarily used for taking notes with the Surface Pen, engineering work, and for coding. The pen sensitivity and recognition has definitely improved. Considered the Apple Pen with the iPad Pro, but iPad Pro is not a real laptop and too limited for real work. Battery life is great on the Surface Book 2. Went with the smallest hard drive since external drives are inexpensive and USB-C makes transfers seamless.

It is great.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have never had a lap top before. My wife has been trying to convince me to acquire one, I keep putting one off I know now It was a foolish thing to do. I simply enjoy it. I use it every day. I am a United Methodist Minister. Before the virus, I would sit in the living room and work om my sermons. I was not tied to the table where the tower was! There are a few items I still can't get turned on but I will get it figured out. It cost no more than my tower and I can print from it. So, I am very pleased.

Great Computer Quality (Some Software Problems)
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A great computer for professionals, students, and designers. Ability to detach the screen and use it as a tablet can be helpful if you want to take hand-written notes at a meeting or class (also for designing spaces). I have run into multiple problems with the Windows Operating System where my Windows Hello (facial recognition) does not detect the webcam and my all windows programs (including camera) could not detect the build-in camera's and microphones on the device. Geek Squad was able to take care of the problems in-store, but this will cost you if you don't have a protection plan.

Great but overpriced
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The surface book 2 is a great laptop. Sleek design impressive screen and very accurate touchscreen I do not believe it should be so expensive though considering it’s only a 1060 and 16gb
