Computer does everything expected and processor is fast. Images are best i have seen on laptop. So far computer has met all needs as college student.

I love the Surface products. This is the 5th Surface product our family has purchased. They are made very well and I've had great luck with them so far.

Runs Photoshop CC and Illustrator CC excellently. If only i was a better artist. Also this will be a better product when it's at a more available price point.

First off, this computer is a solid one. However, i feel that the screen is too big to use as a tablet and i wish that it had the kick stand like the Surface Pro. Had to return and purchase the Surface Pro 4

This is the best computer I have ever purchased. I love all the options available. I did buy the geek squad protection because the hinge seems delicate.

I used to have a gaming laptop but it's too heavy for me to carry around, so i decided to buy a lighter laptop. This laptop is light and very convenience.

This has been a very good purchase, has the power of a laptop and easily converts to a tablet. touch screen is responsive and system is easy to use.

The Microsoft Surface Book is a great lightweight option for travel. It's very versatile and functions as well, if not better than a traditional laptop.

Honestly I only had the Surface for a short time, I returned it only because the dedicated video card wasn't strong enough for my needs. I could have gotten one with a better GPU, but would have been spending way too much for it. That's my only gripe Other than that it was an amazingly awesome laptop that felt great to use and was beautiful to look at. The removable screen feature is gimmicky, but in the right hands could be really useful The keyboard was comfortable to type on and with the screen touch I really didn't need the mousepad.

I have been amazed at the features of this laptop, and I haven't even scratched the "surface" yet. Great machine, and tremendously versatile!

Amazing screen, runs AutoCAD Civil 3D. I like the way it folds with the keyboard inside so you aren't holding buttons when it's folded.

There are times when I used 4-5 Adobe CC applications at once with zero lag on this machine. Very powerful and Windows 10 is very mature.

Very versatile, above average battery life, and convenient. Biggest problem is detaching the screen can be tricky at times.

Surface is used by several family members from engineering, gaming to studying. Appropriate speed, no glitches over all all program choices.

This laptop is perfect for the college student. It is lightweight and fully functional. The ability to take notes by hand is a plus.
