The first tablet had a vertical line on the screen after 2 yrs. of use so I purchased the Surface Go 2. No problem with its functionality and it truly operates as a mini desktop computer. Bestbuy has an excellent trade-in program so it was a no brainer to purchase another from Bestbuy.

Portable, nice but lacks CPU and battery life

The main issue is even with 8gb of ram this thing easily gets bogged down. the battery life is not the greatest. but for a sorta cheap, portable tablet computer it works. dont expect this thing to be a beast though. For simpl tasks on the go like video, browser and say light programming it works. No graphic intensive apps

The entire transaction was completed via phone. The sales representative was professional, attentive, detailed, and organized.
