Many glitches

Bought the Surface Go 2 in late 12/20. Many glitches including the email app. So in 1/21 replaced it with a bigger GB Surface Go 2. Brought it to Geek Squad in store- because the email app on it wasn’t working. They couldn’t fix it! To this day it hasn’t worked. I don’t usually view my email though the Surface Go 2 so it wasn’t an issue.
