GREAT headphones after taking time to figure out the wires and setting up The delay when using Bluetooth on my Windows 10 computer is very noticeable and I also had popping sounds when using them via Bluetooth. Read your motherboard manual and figure out where you are supposed to plug in the audio jack (included). You may have to mess around with the audio settings for a bit before you are comfortable with the sound.

These are solid over the ear headphones with a simplistic, clean design. Matte Black option is the way to go!

I am one of those people who hated the feeling of noise-cancelling headphones whenever I would try them on display at the store. I finally decided to get a pair of these, and my opinion was unchanged the first few days I used them. After using them consistently for a few weeks, I no longer feel the pain/discomfort I previously experienced trying noise-cancelling headphones.

I'm still trying to decide if I like these. The noise cancelation could be better, for sure. The Bluetooth connection to my Windows PC is quirky. It keeps switching between modes and dropping the sound occasionally as I switch between apps. I haven't liked the way switching works between my PC and iPhone. But the overall performance is good for the price.

Thank you Best Buy for allowing reviews. I typically purchase at Best Buy but this time I purchased from Microsoft on line store. Where now I realize I can't leave a review. I also can't get support for this product. My headphones broke - plastic broke at the hinge. These headphones are now worthless. Perhaps I was a little hard on them but my prior pair of Bose QC35 (Which I am back to using again) - did not fail in over 3 years of heavy use. I have tried for weeks to get warranty service from Microsoft. All of my contacts have been terrible. Hung up on 3 times in one day. One agent said he would call me back - my fault for falling for that one.

Great headphones and the way you adjust volume and the noise canceling features is very cool. The quality of the headband is lacking. Bought these at the beginning of the pandemic to work from home and the headband has come apart.
