This is my third Surface laptop. They're reliable, work well, and look great. The Best Buy purchase experience was excellent - the door greeter made sure that a knowledgeable sales associate was available to help me as I walked to the proper section of the store.

We bought this laptop for our son to use at college. The battery lasts a long time, and it works very fast. The copilot system is excellent, especially when he has to summarize his writing.

I am so pleased with my Prosoft surface laptop, especially since I decided to go with the one terabyte storage. The best part about purchasing with Best Buy is I was able to trade in two older laptops that I had. And the best money I’ve ever spent was with the total tech department of the Geek Squad.

Almost perfect. Only one negative was one of the APP does not appear to be compatible with snap dragon CUP and have to use web version. It is a great laptop for regular usage.

Have had this laptop for a month now. Very fast even with low internet. Works great for home, work, school, and entertainment. Very fast and clear screen. Great touchscreen even though I don't use it very often. Would definitely recommended getting Geek Squad Protection just in case something stops working.

Perfect laptop for windows users and app. I'm an avid Mac user but will use windows laptop for work and office suites. This laptop does everything I need it too. It's fast, responsive and love the touch screen (something I wish Macbooks can do). The new Snapdragon chip is amazing.

This is the best laptop I’ve purchased in years - especially among Windows-based laptops. The ARM app support was better than expected, and the list of compatable apps keeps growing. The computer itself runs impressively well. Very happy with this purchase.
