I like the product and your help when I was at the store. I HATE THAT YOU REFUSE TO ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN I CALL YOU! I have to drive 35 minutes each way to go to the store when a phone call would have sufficed! I can’t wait until you get some competition! My body will no longer darken your doorway!

I had purchased this laptop in October 2019. Although the functionality of the touchscreen has experience occasional malfunction, which required an update of the OS for restoration, has been overheating rather rapidly, which disrupts the operations of the Wi-Fi and other internal components, in the past 4.5 years, and had two incidents of a lack of function for 2 days, which required a reboot, I am generally content.

Kept crashing and restarting. Returned it and bought a Samsung with better specs and $600 cheaper.

Had to return it. After bring it back multiple times to Geek Squad issues could not be resolved and unable to even reinstall Win 10 to insure all of my data was erased.
