Already had one Surface for my wife, which she uses daily. I liked it so much I thought I should also have one. Of course the Surface Laptop 4 is bigger and faster. The display is very good. It's a great device. I'm running Windows 11 and so far so good. I would not hesitate in getting one.

Was a solid computer until about 1 year in. Started over heating and eventually had issues turning it on. Turned out to be a bad motherboard. Of course, its outside of manufacturer warranty and replacement is as much as the computer. My Surface Pro has lasted 6 years and thing barely made it past 1. Disappointed.

Clean lines, light, easy to use. Not enough ports, really, but otherwise a good investment.

Easy to use - love all the features of this computer!

This is only my second Microsoft laptop since the surface 2. This laptop deserves the 5 star in all categories except upgrading. The display is flawless with nice touch screen. It handles most tasks except gaming which this in not designed for. At 8GB of RAM I wish it could be upgraded to 16, but for video streaming, web browsing, and office use it is more than enough. It powers up in 15 seconds flat so it is really fast. Size is perfect for travel and home use. It is a bit heavy as most surface products are, but it compensates with a solid build, no need to worry about cracking the bezel. The battery lasts long time under high video demand and multitasking, so far two days is the most I've gotten before charging. The charger connection is an interesting design and magnetic. There are two things I don't like, the fact that it gets quite warm with heavy use and the lack of Ethernet LAN adapter like other laptops with these scpecs bring. Despite that this is the best slim laptop I've owned.

sleek looking laptop (comparable to macbook - i got tired of apple products), touch screen is responsive but a slight lag when waking up from sleep mode. screen does not swivel 360 degrees, but otherwise a good daily laptop. bought 2 in different colors.

I needed to upgrade and did vast research and ultimately decided on this one. It’s pricey, yes, but so worth every penny. The battery life is incomparable and the exterior color options are an added bonus to an already incredible product.

I needed this laptop for basic at-home purposes and it's just perfect, not to mention sleek and stylish. I think it's pretty light weight, and the clarity is AMAZING! Quick and easy set up. The larger display was so worth it!

Laptop is sleek, fast, and has a nice touchscreen. When it arrived the colors were very vibrant and almost fake looking, but you could change that in the settings. Had to exchange the first laptop that arrived because it had a squeaky touchpad, but this one seems to work fine.

Opted for the 15” as the 13 was too smal for my liking. Additionally wanted the AMD special build as this offers optimal speed at great value. Intel version of this runs you an additional 2-300 dollars!

This is my first Surface Laptop, but so far I love it. The only thing I wish was that it had somewhere to store the Surface Pen, although, maybe not to many people are using the Pen with the Laptop, and I do wish it would flip all the way around and lay flat, but I guess thats why they make the Surface Book instead. They just didn't have the CPU's/Specs I wanted in those. Oh well, it works for what I want though.

Do not buy the surface laptop 4 15" touchscreen. I purchased in March of 2022. It is November 2023 and it's no longer usable. The charging port is broken on the inside (do a quick google search on their charging ports and chargers, and you'll see there's ongoing issues with surface laptops because of the magnetic charging port). I spent $1,278.65 on this laptop and then add on another $250ish for the docking station. Went to Geek Squad at Best Buy in Melbourne FL and they looked at it and told me to go to microsoft.com to find best buy locations that could repair the charging port. I went online and found one in Orlando, Florida. I called that best buy and verified that they fix surface laptops in person and explained that it was more than likely the port as that is what Geek Squad stated. She said no problem - bring it in, they can fix same day. I drove over an hour to get there and the gal didn't even look at the laptop. She said I'd have to buy a new one, and that they don't fix laptops there. She said that my options are to send it off for 3-4 weeks at $599 but that I'd be better off buying a new laptop with black friday deals. My other option is to go through Microsoft.com, but when I select to send in, they want to charge $340 right off the bat. Then, if they cannot fix, they would send a refurbished one that might not be the same color or specs as the one I have. All in all terrible experience. I'm telling you, don't buy this laptop.

Just received yesterday and setting it up today. Taking time to move information from the old computer to this new one. So much lighter than my current computer.

Bought this for my daughter to replace an old Mac that was very slow and this computer didn't disappoint. Its fast and she loves it.

Microsoft seriously doesn’t miss. This laptop is the best I’ve ever used, which is tough considering I’ve tried so many different brands.

Love my Microsoft Surface Laptop 4! It's super lightweight and the clarity is superb. I would definitely buy again. The only thing is if you buy a Microsoft computer they should give you the Microsoft office software....

Minor issues so far - the screen fades in and out and I believe I have fixed that, time will tell. Nice screen size and et up right out of the box was very easy.

Very Nice all around computer. Simple and without all the bloatware that some other manufacturers come with.
