Wonderful upgrade for me. I had a surface laptop 5 which was so frustrating to use I had to find a replacement. I used a friend's MacBook for a test drive too. This laptop has better battery life, better screen brightness, and is overall faster. Absolutely the best laptop I've ever used.

I love it a lot because it's very fast, reliable and easy to use especially if you’re a student. You can open multiple window tabs without getting the computer slow. I live the audio as well of its speakers. The keyboard doesn’t easily get broken. I’ve had other computers before from different brands and the keyboard just starts malfunctioning after a month or so.

I love the laptop so far. I got the gold color and it’s beautiful. People always confuse it with a Mac! I have used this laptop before at a previous company, so I went with it for my own purchase. Using it for business purposes

I am so pleased with my Prosoft surface laptop, especially since I decided to go with the one terabyte storage. The best part about purchasing with Best Buy is I was able to trade in two older laptops that I had. And the best money I’ve ever spent was with the total tech department of the Geek Squad.

I love this laptop even though they seem to have a habit of the power supply stopping working. I had an accident with it while it was still in the warranty and I was impressed at the exchange process, that it went so smoothly, and quickly - and they even arranged it to arrive at the right time because I was going to be out of the country for a couple months.

Very student friendly and works efficiently. The battery life is great and I’ve had many friends switch to the same brand.

This one is a beast. The processing speed is fantastic. It wasn't cheap, but I expect it to last every bit as long as the SurfaceBook that I had previously.

Good we need more laptops like this one amazing display

I like the computer overall. I am a bit disappointed that i started getting an error blue screen and had to completely reset my computer and i have not had the computer very long. This is pretty frustrating since I needed to get stuff done and it took quite a while for a complete reset. Thankfully it let me keep my files but all the apps I had downloaded have to be redone. I will continue to give the computer a chance as I do like everything else about it so far! As of right now for recommending this computer to others I put a no because of the above issue. I might change my mind later.

I work from home and I love it. It’s fast and allows me to do all the work I need
