I have been using this laptop as my daily driver for over 3 months and it has been excellent. I use it for word documents, browsing the internet, editing videos and more. It does all of these processes very quick and the battery lasts around 16 hours of continual use. Great keyboard and trackpad. It is super lightweight. The snapdragon chip is not as limiting as you might think.

Sunrises I am not. I expected the best and received exactly what I had hoped for. I was replacing a much older similar model and had high expectations and received and surpassed my hopes. Great sleep, very light with a fantastic battery.

Works well. Light weight. Holds a charge for 4 or 5 hours

Fast and long battery life. Haven't found a business application that doesn't run well on this Surface. Screen as always is excellent.

Amazing laptop so far. Been a mac user for years (since 2008). Happy to make the move. Snappy, and easy to use. I heard Edge was a good web browser online, which I highly doubted, but pleasantly surprised. We'll see if it holds up and bolsters it's capabilities once the AI & x86 conversion sofrware updates come. I am a scientists and use the machine mainly for coding, data wrangling, and web browsing. Really nice for these so far.

Microsoft’s Surface Laptop 7 is a great choice. Lives up to its claims. However, keep in mind it is an ARM Architecture and not as powerful or compatible as X64 (64-bit) or X86 (32-bit).

It's only been three weeks with this laptop, and quite frankly, I am really impressed with the quality of this product. The build quality is very premium; it feels a lot less cheap than other laptops at higher price points. The specs are masterclass and should be future-proof, which is what I was looking for. I was initially concerned about software compatibility with the ARM x64 processor, but I've had zero problems thus far with Office, Adobe, R, JASP, and other programs.

Bought as a replacement for my Microsoft Surface Book that was running Windows 10. My last laptop lasted almost 10 years. This laptop fits the bill nicely as it is very fast, especially with the start-up. The keypad is great - keys are very comfortable and they are backlit.

One of the best computers I have ever owned. It’s fast and very compact. Added the docking station for more connectivity.

Microsoft's laptop 7th edition is a great device; you won't be disappointed with it. Best Buy does the best job of price matching Micro center. The device's premium feel is comparable to a MacBook Air.

Works ok but has a lousy connection with my mouse. I continually have to reset the laptop to get the mouse to work. The mouse works on other laptops that I own.

Its a very decent laptop i get very good compliments on it. I have not use a computer in a long time so getting updated on new technology is very easy with this laptop.

There was a problem with my screen for the first one I received and Best Buy took it back without hassle and replaced it within a few days. It was a very smooth process.

Great laptop with Snap dragon chip running cooler than intel. I have phone and tablet running by snap dragon. I worried ăt first because I don't believe a snap dragon processor can handle a heavy programming software.
