Great laptop in terms of size, ease of use, and overall performance. However, the unretractable screen for full-on touchscreen use and optional views are what keep this device from receiving 5 stars from me.

It’s very light especialy for travel. The screen is crisp and clear. The keyboard feels easy on my fingers. I'm yet to use it for Netflix. One thing I miss is 2 USB port

This device has excellent battery life, and excellent screen, and incredible build quality. I'm not sure how for the price it feels as solid as it does. Truly the Apple Macbook of Windows laptops. Originally we got this for $900 but got a price match later down to $650 which was excellent. At $650 I couldn't recommend this device more. Even with hours of daily use, this device can last like a week without charging. When putting it to sleep, it isn't dead the next day like every other Windows laptop I've ever had. It sips power, but is still capable of being powerful. Have not had any issues with applications running on it so far.

Solid little laptop at a good price. My wife uses for it for pretty straight forward user type stuff, browsing, office, printing, etc, no issues with the proc and compatibility. Nice and light, easy to travel with but still very solid feeling. Great platform

Bought this laptop for my granddaughter for college. She asked for the Microsoft copilot because of the AI features and the flexibility of a touchscreen. It is fast and intuitive. She loves it.

So far it is working very good! Very thin and easy to carry around.

Solidly built and fast, long battery life ad looks great

I have used the Microsoft Surface for many years. I love my new one it was a early christmas gift. I am retired from the legal field. This has been a life saver for me and has performed beyond expectation. I still have my Microsoft Surface that i purchased in 2019 as well it is still working like a champ.
