This laptop has been an exceptional product. There was an easy setup, and it allowed me to immediately return to business as usual after my previous laptop decided that it no longer wanted to work.

The computer has been good it strats up alittle slow and download speed is slow also but other then that its good

I’m learning how to use it. The only negative is it does not plug into my big monitor , I need to buy an attachment. The Best Buy virus protection will not load.

This is my 2nd Surface Laptop 7. The 1st one had a defective display. This one had the IR camera stop working after 2 weeks. Microsoft told me to go back to Best Buy. Best Buy would not exchange. They told me to send it back to Microsoft. I use the laptop for work. I now have a laptop that is 3 weeks old and doesn't work correctly. Buy at your own risk

The equipment never arrived, the refund took 1 month to arrive and they gave me back 200 dollars less than what I paid. The worst experience. Never buy from Bestbuy online.

I asked for a pc that can do college work and play some gaming this cpu it has cant handle gaming at all it sucks they recommend this to me ehen i specifically asked them for one that can game im talking about best buy support team

Loving this laptop! So far, the battery life is fantastic, and the overall performance is still top notch. It is NOT a gaming PC by far, but it is capable of still playing some. This is a huge change from x86 to ARM and it is overall very smooth and will only get better.

I had to buy a new Samsung solid-state drive 870 EVO. After hooking up the new hard drive, BB Geek Squad said they could not transfer all of my Word documents, pdf, and photos. They said I might want to try Data Doctors. I pay you guys over 300 a year and I have been with you for 12-14 years. What a bunch of crap. I couldn't even get my Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. I sat on the phone with Geek Squad for hours just to get some things back. I am now using an empty shell. Funny, when I asked the salesperson if all of the data would transfer they said yes. I said will I have everything on my old hard drive on the new one? They said absolutely.
