I was used to Publisher to put out a church newsletter and now I have to figure out how to do that as easily using these programs. It is a much lighter laptop.

This is our third surface purchase. The original surface book from 12 years ago is still running like a champ. I found myself in need of a personal PC and could not be happier with my surface laptop.

Wow, huge upgrade

Considering, my last laptop was 8 years old and windows 10, the computer is much faster and easier to adapt to using. It also has windows 11 so getting use to all the new looks and access points for the system software. This is being used for work school and research. So being out though a lot of different purposes.

Great for home and work

Easy to set up on my own. No concerns about scratching the screen. Very responsive touch screen. When there was an update download issue, with a little bit of reading finding and using the restoration functionality worked wonderfully.

The keyboard feels great. The only downside is Discord tend to be laggy and I'm not sure how to fix that.
