I used to have MacBook for over 10 years, when I went to the store I like the versatility of this laptop. I have it now for over a year, and I don’t regret it, is easy to use, super fast, and perfect for my university classes.

I've had this laptop for about a month. It's a very portable size and lightweight. There are a few glitches I'm trying to figure out. For one, I cannot change the brightness of the screen. It's as bright as possible, which seems to drain the battery quickly and is hard on my eyes. I've tried both setting nighttime hours and manually adjusting the brightness and it has no effect.

I enjoy the compact size of this computer. It is lightweight and easy to carry around. I also like the security aspect of a PIN and facial recognition that is solely designed for me. Surface Go2 Pro (newer versions) is my new choice from here on out.

Hasn’t failed me yet, I’ve had this laptop for about a year. Storage is good. I use it weekly. The size is perfect, not heavy at all. The only minor issue is the magnetic strip on the charger, if you step over the cable it will disconnect, which just becomes tedious.

Such a fast laptop and i love having a touchscreen is very convenient sometimes. I love how i can keep multiple tabs open and not lose any when i turn it off, really helps me keep track of everything when i’m trying to multitask.

My Daughter uses this for college and she loves it. She is an English major and it is perfect for word processing and doing her online classes. Recommend buying an extra charging cord as it’s not a usb c.

Great laptop for it's intended use (browsing and social media), wife hasn't had any slow downs while using it. It has great battery life and a pretty good looking design. Only negative I can find is the display, not being 1080p hurts a bit (though wife says she doesn't mind and since she's the one using it).

It’s a nice little computer, I only use it for school so I’m not sure how it works for any type of games. It works great though and is fast, no regrets buying this and recommend it to anyone that wants something light and small for things like school.

I was looking for something that would be compact enough to carry in a work bag or large tote/purse. I also did not own a personal computer and it was imperative that I purchased one for daily use. I love my Surface Go 2 and while I wanted the larger one, the 12 inch screen works perfectly and doesn’t feel as small as I thought it would. Storage space was also important to me, but I purchased an external hard drive over a year ago (thanks to my brother advising me to get one just to have). At some point I will need it, but for now there is more than enough power and storage. One thing to keep in mind…..you have to purchase a Microsoft Office product package separately. If you decide to purchase this, you will not regret it. Lastly, I purchased it on sale and the very next day, it was the Best Buy Deal of the Day. I was able to take my receipt to customer service the next day and received the additional reduction in cost. Definitely a win-win for me!

It’s best for daily work which includes schoolwork, etc. Very fragile and might scare you from time to time because of it, but is quite light in weight and small. Ran well with League of Legends for those who are interested in a versatile gaming and working style

Good compact and fast machine… battery life is fine

I love this computer! It’s a good size with a very clean sleek look. I have only used Apple computers before buying this one, but this one is more affordable, practical and does just as good if not better.

So far going good. Enjoying the light weight and ultra portable pc. great for kids. glad, MS is allowing to remove some unwanted apps that comes pre-packaged. With ms-office being online, those installed apps should be slowly removed and retain the space.
