The Surface line of products have all been really good to me so far. This one is no exception. Super versatile and easy to use, this is a great mobile powerhouse to pair with my home PC Just wish Balatro (and most other apps for that matter) didn't burn out the battery so quickly lol

I love it. The screen is amazing and it's got one of the best keyboards I've ever used for a laptop. The hinge and different positions it can fold into set it apart from anything else. My only complaint is the lack of ports. I wish it had at least one older USB port.

Great overall laptop. Little bit heavier then comparable options. Great build quality, really good screen, keyboard and trackpad. One downside of this design is that it may leave marks on the keyboard deck if you are not careful.

Excellent product. Very user friendly and I love the adaptability it has. It does run a little hot, but that’s a minor inconvenience versus the screen quality and performance of this laptop

Pros: sleek, fast and easy to navigate/set up Cons: expensive, no stylus pen, battery life is not great and the charger provided is useless. I only recently starting using this new laptop so i am just providing my initial review. Its a good laptop and overall i am happy so far. I am disappointed that you have to purchase a stylus pen for that price it should be included. The battery life is not great either, I had only two applications running and the battery drained within 2 hrs. Finally the charger is weak and cheap looking, the plug come apart too easily in my opinion. I would give it 4 stars if the price was better or they provided a pen.

Works great as an all in one for taking hand written notes as well as using as a normal laptop. Only complaint is that it is heavy for a laptop.

Laptop is good overall especially the touchscreen and the pad fold config, as it really helps to take notes/work during classes and back home. I recently joined Best Buy and the experience so far is great. Sale, On-time delivery, Refund for price match and Geek Squad annual membership covering my other laptop not purchased from Best Buy. Impressed so far and hope this experience lasts for good and a long association. THANKS Best Buy.

I switched to this coming from a laptop that had all the bells and whistles. I was hesitant to buy this because of the lack of featurues, but I’ve grown to love this thing for my lifestyle. I am a college student that really doesn’t need all the other distractions. The power and productivity that naturally comes from the pen, the three modes for touchscreen, the keyboard, and the haptic mouse all help me focus and work so much better.

I’m a big advocate for surface computers, and this is probably my favorite of the bunch. The studio is the replacement for the SurfaceBook, which I had 3 of, and all 3 had issues around charging and display. The studio seems to have fixed all these issues while keeping the same concept of a laptop/tablet hybrid. The computer is really powerful, has a great display, and a really smart design. These are the ultimate work laptops.

This laptop is really indescribable. The worker there helped me pick out a good laptop for my career and school. It also comes in handy for fun too. My favorite part is being able to move the screen how you want it. When watching something, it makes the picture 10x better. I enjoy the windows feel snd the neat tools that word can do now that will come in handy for typing up work.

I’ll get the negatives out of the way first: doing away with both USB and SD card slots was an epic FAIL imo. Those two ports were used daily and I didnt realize they’d elinimated them when I first replaced my Surface Book 3. I had to buy two different adapters to get past it so I could work. Disappointed in that feature. I also dont love that the surface pen I have doesn’t attach well to the sides, and its curved design isnt really compatible with the magnetic area on the new flat design. Props to Microsoft for finding yet another way to ‘make’ people spend more, though. Genius. Otherwise, it’s perfection! I love the way the top ‘bends’ and converts, so much better than the removable ‘tablet’ which always had issues. The screen is beautiful. Even the way it closes softly is lixurious feeling (or I’m just easy to impress) Regardless, I like it! Bottom line, lots of improvements but some key features are things I’ll miss having the ease of using without the adapter.

I use the Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio for school. It works very well for what I need and simple to use. The only issue I have sometimes it that the updates for the laptop does not always update properly. If you try to use a project screen option, there is a lag or delay action when moving the mouse and clicks. Overall, it is still a well made product.

So, I purchased this as a long-time windows user and familiar with the Surface line. I loved the look and the concept of the pivoting screen. It did perform well and the screen is very nice. I tested this alone side of an MacBook Pro 14 16gb/512gb machine. I ended up returning this machine due to how hot it would get under any graphics load seriously hot. I even could not rest it on my legs it was so hot.

Simply superb. The ability to write is so much more real due to the way it is redesigned. Even when docked, it disturbs nothing. Pen writes very well with little to no lag. Laptop performs very well. Slightly heavy in the hand while carrying, but worth it as I am carrying two things - laptop and write pad.

My only quarrel is that it doesnt havs USB ports. It has C ports, so I can at least charge my phone, but all of my USB drives and gadgets are useless now. Otherwise it has great speed, transitions nicely, and I love the taller screen. Its a lot easier to read a full document now.

Exactly as I had expected. I did think it would be a little heavy, but not really. It's more a feeling of being solid. The size is perfect for being on the move, compact yet everything you need is right there. Love the flexibility of the screen. I don't do a lot of "creative" activities, but it is great for handwriting notes, which was a requirement for me.

Honestly, I love this laptop. It's light enough to carry around with me. It's so cool that I can fold it into either a tablet or laptop, super convenient for school and gaming. Also, I love that I can use a pen with it, honestly makes school work more fun, and I can draw on the laptop as well which makes it a great time killer.
