I love this laptop! I use it a lot for school and it still works like it did when I first got it. The volume on this computer is crazy! It goes up super loud and it’s very clear. Battery lasts a long time and it’s quick to charge. The display screen is beautiful too. I’m so happy I got this laptop!

This is working great so far. We've had regular surfaces for years now but like this better. The keyboard is much better than the removeable one. The pen has a place to live and is convenient to use. We use this for graphics programs and has enough power to run them without issue. Transferring information went smoothly and most things transferred without issue.

I used to have an apple which that's okay I did some enjoy some experiences with it however with my Microsoft Surface I've had a great experience the pan has been amazing with a laptop I've been able until restore a whole bunch of things with Microsoft and with Best Buys open box program even got it cheaper which was amazing I love that's why I can never buy anything anywhere else

This is a powerful laptop!!! Very fast and I was able to get it for under 1600.00. It’s a must buy

I love this computer, it runs super smooth and incredibly fast. Even running multiple apps and websites I haven't even used more than 15% of the CPU and about 52% of the memory. This computer is a horse. Very happy with my purchase and trying to buy another surface for my family to use. Would recommend this computer to anyone who wants to do it all from school, work, and light gaming.

I have no complaints with my new Surface Pro. Although i have not used this masterpiece to its full potential. I'm sure that it will exceed any expectations i have. I would definitely recommend this device to anyone that is looking to purchace an effective and efficient tool, used take take care of personal tasks and business needs.

excellent laptop, great mix of power and versatility. I wanted the ability to have a touch screen laptop that was slim and easy to carry but also be able to handle photo editing and light VR gaming. This fit all of my needs. A dongle is needed to give me the Display ports i needed but those are easily available.

Great laptop if you are looking for versatility and power. Was looking for something to do some photoshop and editing work on and this not only had the power, but being able to put it into the studio mode and use the pen do get really detailed, refined editing was great!

It's the perfect mix of professional appearance and creative ability. The keyboard and haptics are smooth, responsive, and rival much of its more expensive competitors. The way it transforms into a tablet also protects the keyboard to minimize long term wear and tear. Perfect for the average student, creative, or business professional.

All around I've really enjoyed this laptop. My unfortunate struggle with it is battery charging. Unfortunately, I've had some major issues getting the battery to consistently take a charge. Even with stock cable, it will sometimes be plugged in with lights on and then not be charging. Have figured out a solution, but its frustrating for this to happen on a high end machine. Overall, I'd buy again...
